Established in 2021, Motorsport Talent Management (MOTAM) is the sports management arm of TRP Hungary. It aims to extend the group’s successful track record in the field of event management into talent management.

OUR ACTIVITies

MOTAM provides services to its clients in the areas of sponsorship, sports management, physical and mental training, communication and legal affairs, specifically in the field of motorsports. Athletes can thus rely on the help of professionals in all elements of their careers to deliver the best possible performance.

The selected athletes have undergone comprehensive physical and mental assessment conducted by Budapest-based Fit4Race that continues to look after their training and preparation.

MOTAM has managed drivers in the WSK, Champions of the Future, CIK-FIA Karting Championships, MINI Challenge (a support series of BTCC), TCR championships, EnduroGP World Championship and FIM Superenduro World Championship, among others. In addition to sports management, MOTAM’s activities also include the development and implementation of innovative business and coaching concepts.

Although it’s only March 1st, Martin Molnár has already wrapped up a championship season as the 2025 F4 Middle East Championship recently concluded. Over five rounds the drivers raced at three different tracks, and the Hungarian driver got the opportunity to familiarize himself with two Formula 1 venues, gaining valuable experience in preparation for the upcoming British F4 season.

After a detour to the Dubai Autodrome, the F4 Middle East Championship field returned to Abu Dhabi, to the venue of the first two rounds, to compete for the third time at the complex that hosts Formula 1 annually. Martin Molnár’s weekend was plagued by several issues, but despite this, the 16-year-old Hungarian driver managed to achieve his best-ever qualifying result and matched his previous best race result in the second race.
